Account Registration and Security

Technology Risk: Digital assets and the underlying technologies (e.g., blockchain) are susceptible to a variety of risks, including hacking, technical failures, and network congestion.
"QFS" Assets: You acknowledge that the term "QFS assets" and the underlying technology are not a legally recognized or regulated financial system. The security, stability, and value of any such assets are speculative and not guaranteed.
No FDIC/SIPC Insurance: Your digital assets are not insured by any government or private insurance scheme, such as the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) or the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates this Agreement. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Fraud: Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including providing false information or impersonating another person.
Market Manipulation: Using the Services to manipulate the market for any digital asset
Illegal Activities: Conducting or facilitating illegal activities, such as money laundering, terrorist financing, or human trafficking.
Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
Harmful Software: Introducing any virus, worm, or other harmful code to the Platform.
We reserve the right to investigate and terminate your Account if we suspect you have engaged in any prohibited activity.
Fees
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services. A schedule of our current fees is available on our website and may be updated from time to time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes to our fee structure.
Intellectual Property

Miscellaneous
